What we collect

When you submit a project inquiry, we store your name, email, business name, optional website or social profile, service interests, budget range, project goal, and submission time.

Project proposals and onboarding

For a client proposal, we store the business and contact details, scope, proposed pricing and terms, invoice link, and project status. If you complete an onboarding questionnaire, we also store your offer, audience, desired customer action, brand preferences, asset links, approver, questions, and submission time. A project link should be kept private: anyone who has the enabled link can view that proposal through the public agency site.

If you open a Stripe-hosted invoice or payment page, Stripe processes the payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not collect card details on this website. The questionnaire itself does not trigger payment.

How we use it

Obell Marketing uses inquiry details to evaluate the project, respond to your request, and prepare a proposal. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list. We do not sell inquiry information.

Storage and access

Information is stored using our website hosting provider. Access is limited to authorized agency operators and necessary service providers. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal information.

Your choices

To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your inquiry, email obellmarketing@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject and use the same email address as your inquiry. We will verify your request before changing information.

Cookies and external services

We do not add advertising trackers or marketing analytics to this site. Our hosting provider may use essential authentication and security features. Fonts may load from Google Fonts, which receives standard connection information.
